At Hot-Kick.com, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from any damage. All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hot-kick.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@hot-kick.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return. These include items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery, products intended for single use, personalized or custom-made items where applicable, gift cards, and items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item after receiving return approval and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing any reason.
To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund before it appears in your account.
