All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency applicable to the delivery destination.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed before the Customer confirms the order.
Hot-Kick.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

An order becomes final once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
Hot-Kick.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Hot-Kick.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product without providing any reason.
